Delivery of products usually takes 2-3 working days. However, this period may be extended during busy periods.
The Seller uses dropshipping, where products are sent directly from the supplier to the customer.
Any customs costs and import duties are borne by the customer.
The Seller is not liable for delays in delivery caused by the carrier or by unforeseen circumstances.
Return
The customer has the right to return the order within 14 days of receipt.
Returns must be reported in advance via infocalmswing@gmail.com.
The products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return costs.
Return shipments must have a Track & Trace code.
Upon correct receipt of the return shipment, the Seller will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
The return address is in China and will be provided after notification of the return.
